Excellent job pressure washing a screened in porch and exterior. The job was explained well, done thoroughly, and I was walked through how to maintain the concrete floor better. We will be calling this company again!

Outstanding performance. Good price, thorough cleaning and sealing, even staining. Removed and replaced deck furniture and Weber barbecue. Very pleased with result.
We had 11 or 12 bushes to be pulled and they removed them with no problems.
They were on time, fast, friendly, informative, and went above and beyond.
Most importantly, their communication was very good, and that's a big one for me.
No doubt we'll be using them again in the near future.

Mr. Cotten was very responsive on my quote request. An earlier opportunity was presented and Mr. Cotten came out and got the job done early. Our house, gutters, deck, porch, and railings were all pressured washed and they look fantastic. He did a great job. He was very professional and efficient. I will have Mr. Cotten clean our house again in the future and would recommend him to anyone!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My price is solely based on what it will take to achieve to customers goal. I’m very hands on as we are a smaller company and we take the time to achieve 1st time quality as if it were our own.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Onsite visual of property/ communicate with customer to determine what they want and what it will take to achieve it. Walking customer thru process of the suggested project and then communicate as we execute the project.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Certified Spray painter/ journeymen painter in the state of Va. / also associate of industrial science.
