I provide private workout sessions in groups and/or individually upwards 6 times a week, encouraging workout sessions indoor and outdoors. I do the following: - Train, coach and mentor clients in cardio and proper dieting, while implementing running and lifting into workout and training regimens and developing specialized dieting and meal plans - Host workout groups in local neighborhood and community, instituting critical dieting education and resolution into group experiences, evolving from a personal experience, while providing emotional and mental support to overweight and unhealthy participants - Offer total pantry makeover to clients, shopping for food and providing hands-on nutrition education

Throughout my experience with Kat Torres, I’ve realized not only how wonderful of a person she is but, how dedicated and into fitness she is as a whole. I’ve worked out with Kat on several occasions, leading me to my goal of losing weight. Most importantly her feedback and support was what made my journey successful. She was always there via text, email, or in person for me. She surprised me alone with her own personal weightless journey and dedication for meal prepping and opened up a whole new door for me. Kat was not only demanding and did not let me slack; she showed true passion for my goals and made them her priority to be achieved.

After losing 100 pounds- the journey was complete right? Wrong, Katie reached out to me and told me about an upcoming 5K race. An ex smoker, I had never ran on a treadmill or outside for more than 5 minutes total! The weight came off exclusively through weight training and clean eating. She provided me with the step by step training that I would need to follow in order to be prepared for the race. Fast forward the 4-6 weeks to the day of the race- We both ran the 5K in under 45 minutes! Finished strong running- not walking up the concourse ramps of Citi Field! Not possible without you- Thank You!
