A storm toppled a tree in our roof requiring emergency repairs. Donald was highly rated on thumbtack and he was very responsive to repair a damaged section of roof, replace two gutters, and several fascia boards that had rotted. All repairs were professionally completed at great value and the repair work blended in seamlessly with the rest of the house. Donald and his team were professional, courteous, and customer focused. They cleaned up all debris and replaced all deck furniture that had to be relocated to accomplish the work. He is at the top of our list for any needed exterior repairs.

Don's estimate for my repairs was very reasonable compared to a previous estimate. His explanation of how the work was to be done, pictures he took to prepare the estimate, sold me on his services. Due to the impending storm he was busy, but very responsive to scheduling my work. He arrived the day promised and 5 hours later was done. He completed the work as it was explained to me, took pictures as I did not want to get up on the roof. His invoice was as estimated. He also cleaned up and disposed of the roof tiles he had to replace, and swept out the gutters for me. He guarantees his work for 12 months and indicated call if there is a problem, and that he would also call after the next big rain to ensure my leak has been taken care of. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Don for any repairs you need. I will use him again if needed in the future. Thanks Don appreciate the work you did for me.

Mr. McMillan responded promptly and put a great deal of effort and detail into our bid. His price was more than half what others quoted and ten times the level of customer service. He did the repairs and even cleaned out our gutters for us. I highly highly recommend Roof Repair Svcs.

I would have given them a 5***** but after repeated requests, I have still not received the receipt for his payment that he promised. I assume that all the work was completed. The workers were professional and cleaned up after themselves. The owner always showed up early which is quite unique for construction workers. I would recommend using them.
