I love helping people understand the process and make a good decision. There are a lot of people who seem to think a good real estate agent is not something of value and we are all the same. I like to prove to my clients whenever possible they made a great choice hiring me. The fact is some deals are super easy and no great expertise is required to facilitate, but often that is not true and getting the wrong advice can really cost you. That could mean choosing the wrong neighborhood for your commute, overpaying for a fixer-upper, or handling a tricky transaction where you need to sell your home in order to buy the next one and aren't sure what the options are and how the contract should be structured, or how high to go in a bidding war on a hot property.

I know Craig since 2012. He helped me to buy investment property. If you want a honest real estate professional who working very hard for you - he is your men. Don't deal with a big shots who doesn't have time for you. Craig is available on a short notice and spend as much time as you need it. I would hire him on the heartbeat, next time when I need to buy/sell property.

This is a good Realtor to use. You will not feel pressured. You will feel safe with him, both financially and in making a good decision. My only regret is that I did not listen to him, and I under purchased in the very stable and growing market of DC. Give him a call, and tell him "The Dentist" sent you! --Rich

I would highly recommend Craig to anyone looking to buy or sell a home in NOVA or DC. His knowledge and insight on the market are spot on and he is a pleasure to work with. He helped me through a sale and a purchase and both were handled flawlessly. I donât plan on moving anytime soon (because I love the new house he helped me find!) but if I do I would definitely call Craig again.
