Owner pleasant..arrived 45min after call..He is kind n humble; with a mix of Billy the exterminator..I'm so glad Terminix couldn't take my call .. I'm so Grateful to have met Jacob.. His concern n demeanor genuine.. Reasonable rates..He explained each step of the inspection, used child n animal friendly chemicals, ..explained rates ..gave me options for my budget..
