I came home from work on Tuesday to a flood of water all over my kitchen. The icemaker had been leaking for sometime creating a pool of water throughout the kitchen. I initially reached out to my appliance home warranty company who told me they would not be available to send anyone until 48hrs later. However, I had simultaneously reached out to pros on thumbtack. Fortunately for me, Henry responded to my request almost instantaneously. I sent photos of my problem and he said he could help. He asked if the next morning would work for me, but I told him unfortunately, i needed someone immeadiately, with that he said he would make it in 30mins. Henry was in my home 27mins later. Prompt, professional, and accommodating. He removed every screw, and tray from my freezer, diagnosed the problem and set to work resolving the issue. He was in and out within 75mins. I'm so grateful. It's only four days later but everything seams to be functioning at peak. Thank you Henry. would definitely recommen

Isaac did a fantastic job. Washing machine pump went out. Luckily he happened to have one on hand. Was back up and running very quickly. Was very professional and did a nice job cleaning up after himself.
