Francine made the best balloons! She was early to the party, and continued to work with a smile throughout the entire hour delighting all of the kids :). They especially loved her My Little Pony balloons. Would definitely recommend her for future events!

Five Stars Across the board! Francine really made our kid’s birthday party come to life . We had the idea of doing a baby shark themed birthday Party and what better idea than baby shark balloons as take-aways during this pandemic? We will definitely work with her again and give High recommendations for her professionalism and great work
