- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our price varies and is based on materials that is needed, how long the process of the project and budget friendly. The cost to resurface or reglaze your bathtub or tiles cost a fraction of replacing anything in your bathroom. WE DO NOT USE EPOXY WE USE POLYURETHANE!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will set up a free estimate first to discuss our process and ask any questions the customer may have for us. Once that is done, we will schedule an appointment to do the start the job. We give all customers a call 30 minutes prior to arrival. PLEASE DO NOT SELECT US IF YOU DON’T WANT TO SET UP A FREE ESTIMATE!!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have over 10 years experience refinishing/resurfacing bathtubs, tile walls, tile floors, sinks, jacuzzi, kitchen countertops and shower combos.
