I used Best Floor Care owned by Caleb this morning (July 14, 2017) I rated his work immediately after he completed the carpet cleaning. I gave him a rather high rating. However after the carpet had time to dry and upon a close investigation of his work, I am sad to say that I am not quite a satisfied customer. The regular guy I use was not able to meet the time limit I had so I used this company based on ratings given. After drying, the carpet does not look or have that clean feeling when compared with the regular guy I use. The carpet always has a rich plush and clean look and feel to it when he is done. I think he uses more water to clean the carpet than Caleb which may account for the difference in the look and feel of the carpet cleaning. Caleb said he did not have to use much water at all to clean the carpet. I like Caleb as he was easy to work with, willing to travel the distance, and was punctual. However, I will stay with my regular guy as he thorough and the quality of his work is much better to my taste.

Caleb did such a great job! My carpet was amazing after he was done cleaning it. I even had my apartment manager inspect it and she thought he did a perfect job. It was a great cleaning for an amazing price! He was also flexible with my busy work schedule so it worked out really well!

The rugs were professional cleaned and look great. He got stains out that I thought would be possible to remove, but Caleb did it. I would recommend him to everyone.
