Introduction: Pollard's is one of the largest and best caterers. Our mother started catering in 1953, and we opened our first restaurant in 1967. We now have 8 restaurants and a very active catering service, from just trays of food to fully catering events up to 8,000 guests. We have catered 10 aircraft carriers in their hanger decks for the "family and friends day" on board and didn't run out of food! We have been chosen "best caterer" in the local area many times.
