Chef Liz is a graduate of Scottsdale Culinary Institute Le Cordon Bleu, 1998 and has been a Food Service Professional for over 15 years focusing the last five years on Catering and Personal Chef Services.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Our job is to make the client and her/his guests incredibly, incredibly happy and we are very good at it! We are on of Virginia Beach's few classy but affordable caterers. We love to cater full scale parties and small parties, including drop offs. We also offer "Personal Chef Services" which means our Chef visits the clients home and prepares a hot, fresh, nutrious meal tailored to the clients specifications which is served that day and she also prepares 3 or 4 additional meals for the client to consume later. We do the grocery shopping and complete clean up.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Clients seeking a Personal Chef ought to request and cross check the individuals references. Some good advice to people seeking catering services is this: Be absolutely sure your event specialist and/or chef is clear on your requests and expectations. Have everything possible included in writing in the contract.
