- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I don't believe in standard pricing because each event is different. I work within any budget and will give my clients the best food at the best price. I want everyone's event to be special to them and not a standard package.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I typically like to meet or talk to my client and find out first what their budget is, what type of meal they are looking for and what their likes and dislikes are. I will then plan 2 or 3 menus based on what the budget will accommodate and let them choose. At that point we have a base we can work with. I can always offer suggestions but it is up to my client to make the final choice. I want them to be happy.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
This profession is a constant learning experience. I am always reading and learning, taking lessons and cooking to up my game. Professional Courses, Management Training are an addition to the list of daily research.
