My pricing is fair but flat rate meaning if I quote a price, it is firm
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First a phone call and then confirmation of their issue after that. We venture into the process of what repairs need to be done and what’s the next steps after meeting to see the issue as well.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am educated through school for HVAC and also in the field as well for HVAC as well as appliance repair and installation. I have hands on training in both fields and also have class training for continuing education in these as well.
