- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by listening to what you’re experiencing via call or text, and asking a few questions about the system. Once onsite, we inspect and diagnose the issue, explain what we find in plain language, and provide clear repair or replacement options before any work begins. Once approved, we complete the work, test the system, and make sure everything is operating properly before we leave.
