- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A nice warm greeting, followed by a discussion of expectations. Ask of any areas of the home or project that may need a little more attention than others. Brief the customers on my bio-friendly products with assurance they are harmless. Assess the scope of the project and begin to put a B. Flawless touch on it! Once complete, do a walk through with the client, discussing the scope of work completed making sure I have exceeded the expectations of the cleaning service they may have been expecting!
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
Today I completed a turn-key property cleaning; where I come in clean and sanitize a property that was previous occupied and the tenants have vacated and property needs to be prepared for the next tenant. Scope of work includes all rooms, windows, stove fridge, washer & dryer, tub/shower, carpet, and everything in between, this job took 4 hours to completed.
