- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing system is somewhat complex in calculation, however all of my rates are a flat fee. I take into account a standard hourly rate, the average length of time for the particular service, and how much work is typically required.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I make sure each of my customers understand up front what the issue may be and what to expect during troubleshooting and then the resolution. If you have questions at the end, I have not done my job successfully.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I attended ECPI University and graduated with a Bachelors of Science in Computer Electronics Engineering. I also completed my Master's of Business Administration (MBA) Degree with a focus on General Management through Regent University in December 2017. I hold several technical certifications, but most important to this line of work is the CompTIA A+. I also work full-time in IT and have held various IT roles.
