What can i say about Jason! He took in my laptop after it stopped charging . He also found a problem with the mousepad and keyboard . He fixed all three issues and the price was outstanding. I can't believe I got my laptop looked at and fixed for a lower price then it would have cost me just to take it in to get looked at ..at other places. Thank you Jason! I now have a go to computer guy and will recommend him to all my family and friends!

Jason spoke with me telling me the issues he ran into with my computer and I offered to pay him up front for the parts and he refused saying that no charges occurred until the job was complete.
Very personable and knowledgeable - I have already passed his name on to a few other people

I needed a new screen for my Dell Latitude E6400, Adele the Dell, secondary to screen flutter on >95% of the screen, rendering my laptop useless. I'm in Norfolk,and Jason was super helpful and flexible about getting and dropping off my laptop.
I had my laptop (and the original screen) back in less than 24 hours! Going above and beyond, Jason replaced a stripped screw he needed to remove to replace the screen, too! The cost stayed at the quoted amount, and my screen is working fabulously :)
Regarding constructive criticism for better service in the future, I can't really comment. Jason was super flexible, knowledgeable, and communicative and delivered quality work :) I would recommend Mitman Computer and Electronics Repair to a friend for sure!
