Hi, I've taken the TOPs (Teaching Online Programming) course and can set you at ease, so you can learn what you need to know for your job, for the next course in a series, for graduation or even just to help your children when they take the course. My students have said this, "Math isn't hard", and "I like Math" by the end of the term. I know where students make mistakes and can guide you around it. My developmental math students have said I am the best instructor they've had, I should get extra compensation and that I'm a "crazy good" instructor. Excellence in math comes from knowing the reason, one step follows another. One should never memorize math, but know it from repeated use. By the end of the term, you will not be saying, 'I don't know a thing about Math', because you will.
