- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I love returning to clients. I offer special discounts to those who book with me again, and another discount for those who leave reviews. Reviews, after all, help me meet more people and serve my community better.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I arrive early, normally about 15 minutes. I introduce myself, and my customer will show me what they would like serviced. I ask questions for clarity, then I get to work. If a problem should I arise I address it and offer a solution. Once the task is complete, I offer a recurring service, along with my contact number.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have years of experience and training in all of the fields I have on my profile. I know how to solve problems that may arise, and I work effectively.
