- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Cooking instruction and personal chef services pricing is dependent upon multiple factors. These factors include the types of food and the time it takes to accomplish the clients dish of choice. Each client is provided with a free consult to review their preferences and options, at which a customized plan of service will be determined.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
During an initial consult with a client we review their culinary skill level, cuisine preferences, and their personal goals of the lesson.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was classically trained in cuisine and culinary arts during my attendance at the Culinary Institute of America in Poughkeepsie, NY, and I have worked in the restaurant industry greater than 10 years. I have been versatile and enjoyed the positions of Executive Pastry Chef and Executive Sous Chef.
