Introduction: You can check my availability on my website. Interested in having a better behaved pet without the use of fear, pain and intimidation. I specialize in positive reinforcement training that is based on science. I continue my education in dog training to find the most efficient ways of training dogs. I enjoy making dogs think. There is nothing better than watching the wheels turn and seeing how they figure out what we want. Dogs are incredible creatures.

My dog has a high prey drive, which means she always wants to chase squirrels, cars and just about anything else that moves. Watch out cats! However, I never worry about my dog getting lose when I use this service. The dog walker is both gentle and responsible, so I know my dog will have fun and be safe. I first thought of asking a neighbor to walk by dog, but I'm glad I went with someone who has experience as a trainer. I find that when I walk my dog now she is much more behaved, and I attribute that to the dog walker's positive reinforcement. In terms of dependability, we work out a schedule in advance, but she has also helped with last minute requests. I highly recommend Freak on a Leash as a BFF for your dog!

Andrea is not only a certified trick dog instructor, has a dog obedience instructor diploma and is an AKC Evaluator for S.T.A.R. puppy, Canine Good Citizen,  Advanced CGC and Urban CGC, she also is great with all kinds of animals. By teaching classes as well as competing with her one dogs in varies dog sports (Agility, Obedience, Rally-O, Flyball, Barnhunt, Tricks, Tracking and  K9 Nose Work ) she improves and offers the most effective and suitable ways to teach people how to train their dogs. Her training method is based on positive reinforcement and with that technique she can train any animal even cats. She continuously keeps education herself and has taken several training workshops and seminars: *Dr. Ian Dunbar's Sirius Dog trainer Academy *Growl class- workshop for Reactive dogs *Science-based Dog training *Kyra Sundance dog trick workshop * Reliability & games workshop I have the pleasure to teach, train, compete with her what also turned in to a great friendship and I only can say that anyone that can get her services can call themselves lucky.

Andrea is an outstanding pet sitter. She took such wonderful care of our dogs and cats while we were away on vacation. Andrea even taught Loki to sit pretty while we were on vacation. Best sitter we have ever had!

Andrea has walked and trained my dogs for almost a year now. She is soft spoken yet firm in her handling of my dogs. My dogs are always very happy to see her, and look forward to their time with her. Andrea has taught my 6 month old Weimaraner to sit,lay down, shake and stay on command in a short amount of time. All three dogs have learned to walk on the leash better with her assistance. I have been very satisfied with Andrea's services and recommend her highly.

Andrea has watched my dogs on several occasions. We've returned to Andrea because our dogs were happy, well fed, exercised and content Andrea also passed the true test, my dogs smile when they see her!! Both pups are a little difficult and spoiled so THEY, not I, demand pampering. Andrea delivered!!! Andrea's own pups, who I love, are award winning fly ballers and experienced therapy dogs. Caveat, she may care for your pets a little too well leaving them expecting her company more often. Sincerely, Monique Wilkinson
