Unexpected rain moved in at the start of the project, but the team quickly adjusted their schedule while keeping our time and convenience in mind. Their flexibility, professionalism, and commitment to customer satisfaction were truly impressive.

Sherlane, Patrick and company were wonderful to work with from beginning to end. Their pricing was very reasonable compared with the other estimates we received, and they are both extremely professional, hardworking, and genuinely care about the quality of their work. They completed our garage during some incredibly hot weather, with the heat index over 100 degrees, and worked extremely hard throughout the entire process.
After the floor was completed, I noticed some inconsistencies in the finish and contacted Sherlane. She responded right away, spoke with Patrick, and they immediately offered to come back and take care of it. Patrick returned to our home, was extremely nice and apologetic, and worked to make sure we were happy with the finished floor. I really appreciated that there was no arguing or trying to dismiss my concerns — they simply stood behind their work and made it right.
To me, that says a lot about a company. Things don’t always turn out perfectly the first time, but honesty, communication, hard work, and standing behind your work are what really matter. Patrick and Sherlane demonstrated all of those qualities.
Our garage floor looks great, the price was excellent, and we’re very happy we chose S & P Next Level. It’s nice to support a hardworking local family business that truly cares about its customers. I would absolutely recommend them!
