Had my first Vinx treatment today!! Looking forward to getting rid of all the ants on my property Van was super polite, friendly, easy going. He applied the pest granules and spray AND got the extra area I forgot about that the ants have liked in my backyard and knocked off all the random webs and things on my house exterior faster than I expected.Looking forward to seeing effective pest treatments!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is based on the size of the Home/ Area we will be treating as well as what pests you are experiencing. We can determine price once we know the how big the area will be treating is and then what pests we need to take care of.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with new customers our priority is taking the time to understand the concerns. Once we understand the concerns and what the pest activity is, we can then provide an accurate assessment of what needs to happen to most effectively and efficiently control the pests and provide a superior service.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have a combined 100+ years of pest control experience among our management, and far beyond that within the company in it's entirety. We have seen it all, heard it all, and treated it all many times over :)
