- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Services include detailed contouring for brides which can take up to an hour to perfect the look. Travel fees are included and staying for touch ups. If there is more then one person receiving makeup along with the bride the fees vary if there is eyelash extensions needed. For hair styling and makeup ,the fees are higher if the client wants me to stay for touch ups.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Asking the customer her/his skin type and what their ideal look would be? Foundation matching and using a product that is suitable for his/her needs to prevent breakouts or avoid an ashy or overly dry look. Answering any questions the customer may have.
