- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer 1 hour sessions and 1/2 hour sessions. I offer packages for 1 hour sessions and 1/2 hour sessions, as well as partner sessions. There is a package for everyone and affordable.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new client, the first thing is to complete an assessment. During the assessment, we will discuss in detail the clients goals, current fitness,nutrition, and any medical issues. My assessments are 30-45 minute sessions and are complimentary.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelors of Science in Exercise Science from Old Dominion University. I am also certified with American Council of Exercise as a personal trainer. Along with that, I have various certifications and training.
