Lisa has been my trainer off and on for over 8 years! She is always challenging and offers pay-as-you-go services. She is motivating and gets results! Lisa cares about her clients' health and wellness and keeps classes fun, innovative, and challenging. Her gym also offers a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere no matter age or fitness level.

I thought the Biggest Loser program was great. The workouts were always challenging and fun. While I did not always lose pounds, I definately saw positive changes in my body through toning and losing inches as well as my overall attitude towards diet and workouts.

Started working with Lisa against my will and now after 3 years it would take a small army to get me to stop!! 85 lbs lighter, 70 pts off the cholesterol, 30 pts off the blood pressure and a bazillion points up on the fitness and happiness scales. Great atmosphere, Ever changing and challenging workouts. Beginner or seasoned "vet" Lisa challenges, pushes, and helps you get to that next level of fitness or weight loss. I have certainly found not "the gym" but "my gym"!

Lisa pushes me harder during workouts than I push myself, which produces results. She offers a variety of workouts and changes workout routines (indoors and outdoors) to make it challenging. She encourages me to make fitness part of my daily life. I've used "myfitnesspal.com" to record daily calories and exercises - good tool for daily tracking. After nine months in two of her "Biggest Loser" groups, I lost 38 lbs! I felt so much better. Lisa then suggests a maintenance plan to keep the weight off. I've met lots of friends while working out at Taking shape over the past five years. We've exchanged healthy recipes, encourage each other, shared success stories, etc. during our weight loss/fitness journey.
