This review is long overdue—I apologize I didn’t find the time sooner to write it. Danny provided outstanding service from start to finish. He was professional, knowledgeable, punctual, and took the time to thoroughly diagnose and repair my treadmill. What impressed me most was his attention to detail and willingness to explain the issue and the repair process so I understood exactly what was being done. After the repair, my treadmill was running like new again, and it has continued to perform flawlessly. Danny clearly takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about making sure his customers are satisfied. It’s not often you find a technician who is both highly skilled and so easy to work with.
