This review is long overdue—I apologize I didn’t find the time sooner to write it.
Danny provided outstanding service from start to finish. He was professional, knowledgeable, punctual, and took the time to thoroughly diagnose and repair my treadmill. What impressed me most was his attention to detail and willingness to explain the issue and the repair process so I understood exactly what was being done.
After the repair, my treadmill was running like new again, and it has continued to perform flawlessly. Danny clearly takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about making sure his customers are satisfied. It’s not often you find a technician who is both highly skilled and so easy to work with.

Five stars truly does not feel like enough for Danny.
A hired Danny through Thumbtack to reassemble my Nora track elliptical, and I cannot express how grateful I am for the work he did. This machine was a huge part of my day-to-day lifestyle before I relocated from Florida to Virginia. It had been in storage for about six months, carefully disassembled with the arms, legs and major components removed to protect it during the move.
When Danny arrived, he took his time, paid attention to every detail, and patiently put everything back together. Allow him the space to do what he does best, and he absolutely did not disappoint.
Seeing my Noor track fully assembled again was an emotional moment for me. It was not just about putting a machine together.-it was about reconnecting with a piece of my routine, my wellness journey, and a part of my life that I brought with me into this new chapter.
