I wanted a shed built and looked at both prefab and custom built, deciding on the custom. Erik was extremely helpful choosing colors and product to use in the building process. I left for a planned vacation and Erik kept me informed as to the progress via cell phone and photos he'd send regularly. Looking at a photo, I noticed Erik made a change that initially I was skeptical about, but Erik was spot on, 100% correct when he changed the roof line from North/South to East/West. Erik had two major reasons for making the change: His change matched the roofline of the house and also will prevent rain water from dropping on us when we enter or leave the shed but rather rain water will fall to both sides of the shed, which is something I never thought about. My dad was a perfectionist when he was doing construction, and I found a similar quality in Erik's work, i.e. the roof line, foundation, all the cuts he had to make, etc. Erik had done a smaller job for me prior to the shed and in that job he did a fine job, which is exactly the reason I hired Erik for the shed. Would I hire Erik again? Absolutely. Should you hire Erik? Absolutely.

I had my parents house remodeled because they were selling and moving out of state by Erik Garvey with coastal building maintenance repair. He did all the tile in the house and replaced all of are vanities in are bathrooms. The house came out amazing. He was very polite and showed up when he was supposed to. He also finished in a time we agreed upon. I was very pleased with his work and would definitely recommend him to anyone.

I hired him to install a new privacy fence. He did an out-standing job. He is also very polite and made sure I was satisfied with his work. I highly recommend him and would hire him to do more work for me.
