- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is upfront with no hidden fees. In most cases we try to re-use whatever hardware you currently have. In the event that the hardware needs replaced, only then will you will be charged for hardware.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Process is very simple, sometimes we can diagnose over the phone or video chat. Our trucks have most everything needed to make any repair. Usually the only time we need to come back out is if you choose to install a new garage door.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We are primarily residential garage door specialists. If your business is using residential garage doors we can help. The larger industrial roll-up and vertical doors, require much larger springs and other mechanical assists that we don't work with.
