I was searching for someone to repair a small section of drywall on a wall at my daughter’s house. Within a very short time I received a response and estimate. I forwarded the info to my daughter who ultimately decided not to address the repair at this time. I was impressed with the responsiveness and the estimate with explanation.

Fall 2025 Deck Refurbish 20 x 16 deck (clean, prep and sand, replace a few boards, all lattice work and ground timbers and paint/stain all surfaces including deck, lattice, rails and caps) Mr. Brown did a great job and was quick to start the project to take advantage of excellent weather conditions. He was also flexible in using an Olympic deck over product that best suited the age and condition of the deck. He did a really good job overall but was especially neat and skilled at applying the deck over paint on the deck. His communication is excellent and he is very good at resolving issues as they came up. His flexibility and determination were key to completing this before foul weather arrived. 4 photos attached, one of the old redwood stain and 3 of the completed beige deck over product on the deck. $1700 cost for work.

Marlon was very professional and went straight to work. He was only of the only people who was willing to try and fix my blinds by using the slats at the bottom. He ended up needed to get a new set of blinds anyways, but was quick to go to Home Depot and buy the correct ones and install them that day. Very pleased with his services!

Marlon’s quality of work is exceptional and he is very fairly priced compared to others I met with. He exceeded our expectations for our paint job and installed a handrail on our stairs. He even FaceTimed my husband late at night on his off time while he was at Home Depot because we weren’t sure of what to buy.
