Dan did a fabulous job. He is highly responsible for his work and the customer’s time. Unfortunately, he had to repair someone else’s mess. However, because of his background in construction and years of experience he was able to solve the problem. When he first came to see the issue with the door that was not opening all the way through, he took all the measurements and explained to me what was wrong with each issue. He told me what the problem from day one in a way was that I could understand. I like it when someone explains to me what the problem is and what the solution is. So, I was totally on board with what he had to do to fix the problem; he had my trust from that day and I will hire him for other projects.
