Introduction

My name is Stephen Faunce, my wife and I live near you in King’s Grant VB. I am reaching out because I know how hard it is to find repair help, especially on smaller projects around the house, that’s where I can help. I am looking to use my time to assist my neighbors who may need help in property maintenance and repair. I have owned and maintained personal and rental properties for over 25 years. Since 2018 I have renovated 5 rental properties, our primary residence in King’s Grant, and helped hundreds of local neighbors on their homes and rental properties as well. Simply put, I have some free time that I would like to fill between properties. I enjoy working on houses, and if you need any small projects done on your home, I’d be glad to stop by and give us both the chance to see if we are a good fit to work together. I can't say enough about Stephen with Faunce Management Group, he's reliable, professional and affordable. He did such an amazing job on our outdoor steps.
