I couldn’t be more thrilled with my experience with ProFloors LLC! I was looking for a reputable contractor to correct the grading in my shower installed incorrectly by the last contractor. Luckily, I found this company through the Thumbtack app. From start to finish, their professionalism, communication, and craftsmanship were top-notch. Deniz (Denise) was fantastic—her communication was the best I’ve experienced. We started chatting via the app, and she promptly followed up with a call to confirm my request. She was friendly, efficient, and incredibly helpful.
Luck was on my side because they had an opening that very weekend, and they scheduled me for Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Then came Andrey—the absolute star of the show! His attention to detail, skill, and dedication to the job were beyond impressive. He worked diligently to ensure everything was done perfectly. The results exceeded my expectations, and even more exciting, Andrey was done in only two days. All the while Deniz was calling me throughout the project to check the progress and that I was satisfied. I was ecstatic!

We will give all the effort to give you the best price and quality work.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
we do require in-home assessment so we know exactly what needs to be done so we can provide the most accurate estimate. After measurement if the customer accept we generate the contract to be signed. After contract is signed the customer do 50% down payment and we schedule most of the time same or following week depends on business and customer's avalibility.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We do have class A contractor license to perform any kind of home improvement jobs.
