- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I typically will charge an average service fee for most jobs. In certain cases it will be waved depending if I get hired for the job. But in most cases when it's a small task the service fee will cover the entire job, I tend to try to make quick and efficient work so that the job is finished in an timely manner and done correctly the first time, every time.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I try to give every customer a understanding of what needs to be done to give the best results at the most cost effective way. I will do my best to try to make it fair and achieve the results they want.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
2 year associate degree in electrical maintenance as well as 13 years of in field experience ranging from hotel maintenance to residential grounds maintenance to industrial manufacturing maintenance.
