This was my first experience with getting a room set up and must I say it was sensational. Nicole gave me positive feedback and was always there at the answer of my call. It was my girlfriend's birthday and might I say she was amazed. She loved it actually. Out of 100 l totally give her a 100%

I may have scheduled the wrong kind of pro...I recently moved to Norfolk from the West coast. The New apt is much smaller than I anticipated and I had several pieces that needed to be moved and many items that needed to be put away. I assumed a staging pro would be able to assist in this task . Once the "pro" arrived with a limp and no helpers she was 3hrs late after she kept pushing the back the time. The apt is 528sft when she got there she had no clue what to do. I have a bad back and other conditions that make it extremely difficult to do this kind work. However noticed Iwas doing mostof the work. I kept asking for her to perhaps put away some items in the boxes and she kinda just stared at me and she was not able to lift really anything and I had to lift much of the boxes and other items. She "worked" from 12-1:30 I gave her $200 and Said I wounderstand be intouch. needless to say I will be contacting another professional. Aside from the lack of a good job the "pro" was very personable and sweet and I hope she thrives in her endeavors. However my one piece of advice dont accept jobs that may prove too difficult or out of your scope of expertise.

Im sorry you feel this way. You said you were going to call me back after you had items removed you didn't wanted. Its hard to design a space with items. Im willing to finish the job because im capable. I wished you would have called and discuss your concerns.
