Jennifer helped me with my new condo, designing the kitchen and living room area. She was very professional and provided me with great color combination options, from dual color cabinets, countertops, and flooring. Can't wait to see the final product when construction is completed and post those pics then. I will definitely work with her again. Thank you Jennifer!Feb 27, 2017Review from Facebook
I'm a fairly creative person myself, so I was a bit nervous engaging someone else to help me decorate my new apartment. My fears were completely unnecessary. Jennifer did an amazing job!We started with several video conferences where she asked me numerous questions regarding my tastes, the vibe I wanted to create, colors I like, furniture I wanted, etc. She sent me a few pictures of things to get my reaction to this or that piece of furniture or design style. Then came the big weekend.Jennifer spent a long weekend (3 days) decorating my apartment from bare concrete to fully livable. She was tireless in her dedication to finishing what she started before she left for home (I flew her in from out of town).Throughout the shopping process she was constantly engaging me to see what I thought of this or that thing or color or style. I never felt like she was pushing me into a style I didn't want, but rather I felt like she was making a dedicated effort to fully understand the nuances of my taste and preference.Five things really stood out to me regarding her skill as a decorator: (1) She remained very budget conscious the entire time and maintained a keen awareness of where my purchases stood vs my budget.(2) She has an AMAZING color memory. She would remember colors from a thing we had bought/seen a day or two earlier and be able to find matching items. I'm talking really subtle variances in blues or grays or wood pattern or whatever. It comes so naturally to her that I didn't even realize it was happening until we were putting all the stuff in place in the apartment!(3) She has fantastic taste. But more importantly, she was willing to defer to my taste when we had differing opinions.(4) I cannot emphasize enough that she is tireless. She's like a little pit bull with a bone. She just can't quit until the job is done.(5) She is very creative. Time constraints prevented us from doing a lot of the DIY ideas that she had, but I wish we could have done them!Jennifer's combination of adaptability, sound advice, and budget consciousness left me with an amazing apartment that feels like home. More importantly, it feels like MY home!Feb 26, 2017Review from Facebook
Absolute delight to work with. Extremely communicative and flexible. Professional but with a knack for making you feel like you're asking a friend for help with an amazing talent for picking up the style you want in a few conversations. Highly recommended.May 22, 2019VerifiedSuCasa Interiors's reply

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Depends on the scope of the project. Hourly, fixed price or time plus commission.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I like to meet in person and really get to know my potential client so I can understand their needs. However, this isn't always possible since I work with clients from all over! So the next best thing is Skype/FaceTime meetings and phone calls. It's also super important for me to understand their overall goals for the way they want their space to feel. Having room dimensions is also a very important step so that I may understand the space. From there, we discuss style, likes and dislikes, if there are any family heirlooms or special pieces that the client would like to incorporate into the design and set up a shared bulletin board so that we may exchange ideas, virtually.
