- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I'm very fair with pricing and I always try to help save as much money as I can. for example, if I have extra paint that I'm not using I do not mind giving it to you for no charge at all.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I try to earn their trust over all because we dont know each other, trust Is very important in new relationships.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've taken college courses for business but I've been hands on in painting and remodeling.
