MrQue was spot on, arrived and went straight to work and asked for a broom to clean up where some debris had soiled the front of my driveway. Very easy to schedule and work with. BTW, plan ahead as it may take a few days for him to fit you in his schedule. I can see why he is so popular!

Literally came the day of and did an amazing job!! I had old furniture and garbage left by old tenants and he came and got it all out! Will be using him again.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I price according to the job. Initial quotes are a base starting point for service. The cost may go up or down based on the needed service and cost of materials and disposal of materials. I do discount services if they are not as strenuous as the request may seem, I also do military discounts and senior discounts all with id verification.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet my customers face to face atleast a day in advance to cover full detail of service that needs to be rendered. I want to ensure Iamdoing the job the customer wants me to do.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I currently have a Master’s degree in business management with a minor in Project Management. I also hold a Journeyman Maintenance Mechanic licenses from the Virginia Department Of Labor.
