I had the pleasure of working with Mr. Devante to repair my carpet that was left unfinished by another contractor. He was very responsive and provided me with a detailed estimate. He worked with my schedule to get me an appointment with two days. He informed me that he has a carpet specialist who will be coming out to do the repair. When the contractor arrived, he was very prompt and professional. Customer service was TOP NOTCH. After the service was completed, he called to ask for my feedback to make sure I was fully satisfied with the job. He also asked if I had any recommendations or suggestions of what he could have done better....This blew my mind because I dealt with many companies, even big Name industries, that never asked for that type of feedback. I'm fully satisfied with the level of service I've received , and I WILL definitely do business with the company again.
