I contacted Browns Mitigation because my wife and I were concerned about possible mold in our vents / HVAC unit. They responded promptly to texts/emails, were professional when they arrived at our house and were honest with their assessment.
I was impressed with his integrity when we discussed the "smell" my wife complained about and caused our initial request. He honored and validated my wife's ability to smell something but also acknowledged that he did not see any signs of mold. He offered solutions that might help with the scent she had picked up while acknowledging that the solutions were "cosmetic" in nature to help with her concern. He respected her needs while acknowledging that he could not see nor detect a "source" for her concern.
I cannot recommend Browns Mitigation more strongly.

Mr. Brown and his team were very punctual and professional when they showed up to my home. While conducting the assessment and evaluation of the spots in my garage they were able to give a direct and concise recommendation regarding whether or not mitigation was required.
They provided a receipt for services and will be providing documentation of the assessment. Thank you again for your timeliness, and patience in answering all my questions as well as checking all areas concerned to ensure every part was assessed! Highly recommended!!!

Mitigation usually takes a day or two, depending on how big the job is. Will do reconstruction as well.
