Called the company last minute due to logistics issues on my end and they provided lowest cost and were able to show up within two days and move our china cabinet. Smooth move and the employees were very nice! Pro military company!!

Our movers were friendly, prompt (arrived right on time, to the exact minute!), and pleasant to work with. They worked with us when we encountered an issue out of our control that caused them to be late to their next job, and they're awesome for that. That being said, our boxes were flipped around all over the place, and we unpacked to find a few broken & spilled items. Partially our fault for not packing securely, but if a box is labeled with an arrow pointing up, I wouldn't expect a mover to leave it with us upside-down. Also, the price I paid was NOWHERE close to what I was quoted. When I originally filled out my Thumbtack request, I included details about the move mileage (30 miles), received a quote for $270, and was told I'd receive a confirmation call the day before the move to confirm everything. I never received that call, had to call the morning of the move to make sure they were still coming, and it wasn't until after they began loading up the truck that they said there'd be an additional cost because of the distance... which they were informed of well in advance. Our move ended up costing $350. I hate to leave such a mixed review because these folks worked hard, worked fast, and worked efficiently, but if you're moving expensive valuables, make sure you have insurance & warranties up to date, that you pack everything up tight (we could have avoided having our $600 commercial grade blender dropped on the floor if we packed it properly) & that you make sure you get an exact quote up front by reiterating the distance of your move so there are no surprise additional costs to you on your moving day.

Yes we arrived on time and when we got inside the house it was stuff everywhere and yall were still packing which we helped out alot with. With the boxes they had no labels and it was so unorganized that we had to keep asking them if they were going and they didn't have label on them and we were still very careful with the property. With the blender I went into the kitchen to help get stuff together and yall had so much stuff all over the kitchen counter and I went to grab something off the counter to help pack for yall and it fell which I quickly picked up and it didn't look broke or didnt crack and I quickly apologize and you said no problem it's ok. We went to the next location which ended up being 30mins away which we beat yall their and started off loading. When yall finally got their about 20mins later you realized you didn't have the key. We had to wait about 45 min to and hour for a lock Smith. When we finally got into the house yall had another set of stairs inside the apartment yall never told us about which made it a different job then what you said. We value our customer we do everything from the heart with love and appreciation for other people and their belongings. We help out so much and did way more then any moving company would do for anyone and we did extra stuff without a problem and moved everything in a very timely manner and nothing broke beside the blender and I can't say for sure cause it was fine when I see it. Also the job only went up to $350 from $280 and you also tip us so we couldn't be that bad to leave a review like that with anything bad to say against us at all.
