- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
At Bright Moving Company LLC our pricing is transparent, no hidden fees ever. We offer flat price, guaranteed quotes and hourly pricing. Typically, if you have a larger home (3 bedrooms and up), we recommend getting a flat price quote for your move. For studios, 1- and 2-bedroom homes, hourly pricing is offered, but we can give a flat price quote if requested. Pricing your move is simple and we offer a couple different ways to get a flat price, guaranteed quote to you. We can set up an appointment for an in-home walkthrough, perform a virtual survey over the phone, or you could even send us pictures of the various items or rooms of furniture and boxes you would like us to move. In-home walkthroughs and virtual surveys typically only take about 15 to 30 minutes, depending on the size of the house. Hourly Pricing: We offer an hourly price of $150 per hour. This price includes everything needed to get your move done right, including - two movers, a 12-foot moving truck, and moving materials (shrink-wrap, furniture blankets, dollies). We will also disassemble and reassemble any furniture as needed. All of our hourly pricing has a two-hour minimum. After the first two hours the price is charged in 15-minute increments at the corresponding 25% of the hourly rate. For example - $150 per hour, 2 hour minimum ($300), after the two hour minimum, $37.50 per 15 minutes. The hourly rate time does not start until we arrive at your pick-up location. (Certain pieces including pianos, bathroom vanities, gun safes, vending machines are an additional cost. Please state any of these types of items when booking your move.) If you need moving labor only, no truck, our hourly rate is $125 per hour. There is a two-hour minimum ($250). After the two-hour minimum, the price is $31.25 per 15 minutes. The hourly rate time does not start until we arrive at your pick-up location. With our labor only pricing, we will also supply shrinkwrap to wrap items. Furniture blankets can be purchased for $12.00 each. (Certain pieces including pianos, bathroom vanities, gun safes, vending machines are an additional cost. Please state any of these types of items when booking your move.) If you need packing services, we can do that also! We price our packing services at $10.00 per box. This price includes the box, packing materials (bubble wrap, packing paper, tape), and labor. Wardrobe boxes are $14.00 each.

When customers contact us about their upcoming move, we want them to rest easy knowing they have contacted a moving company that cares about their move. We will assess your moving situation and ask any questions needed to ensure we are fully prepared for your move. Every move is different and having the right equipment is key to performing your move safely and efficiently. We are always available to answer any questions you have about moving.
