I had to postpone our initial appointment . I want to say that Alexa has been so understanding of my situation and has really worked to accommodate my needs. She even rescheduling me at the last minute with out question. Having Alexa come in and help me was 100% worth the money. I needed someone who would work with me to go through bins and boxes of stuff I’ve had laying around and help me trash, donate and/or keep, and she was an excellent choice for this job. I also appreciate that she cleaned surfaces of my furniture, dusted and vacuumed thoroughly. Alexa is friendly, professional and flexible as far as days and availability. My living/dining room feels brand new again and I’m breathing a huge sigh of relief to have all the chaos that was here taken care of.
