I don't usually write reviews. Even if I'm delighted with a product or a service, I forget or get distracted. This is worth the review. The team came in with a FORCE - like a galestorm of zen and organization. I knew that I was stressed due to the state of my apartment, but I didn't even realise how stressed until I came home after a week away and just felt so calm in my apartment. The ladies balanced exactly the right amount of understanding sentiment and leading me towards donating or trashing things that were just taking up space. I dealt with Jessica and Lisa on this project and I really enjoyed working with Jessica who was insightful and gave me so many ideas and tips and tricks to organizing. She understood my needs and asked about what works best for me in my home business and allowed that to play a role in how the space was organized. Lisa wasn't punctual at all on the first or last day otherwise I would have given this a 5-star rating. Lisa was great to work with, but seemed a bit frazzled at times when I was working with her. Overall the price of this service wasn't quite worth the value (we still didn't have anything cleaned) but I was happy with how things were organized. My suggestion is that during the free consult, sit down with the customer and probe a bit further about their lifestyle as well as outline a plan of what will be organized. Hello Ms. Broadnax! Thank you for your taking the time to post a review for IOS and for speaking with me on April 4th about some of your review comments. I very much appreciated the opportunity to communicate to you that Lisa, your lead organizer, seemed frazzled because she was a bit under the weather that day. You and I were also in agreement that IOS service procedures and processes were communicated to you during our 3.27 consultation, in our IOS estimate, and during our phone conversation on Easter Sunday. You commented during our conversation that you had not remembered some of our communications. We also agreed that you did receive value in choosing IOS to help sort, remove unwanted belongings, and to organize kept belongings to their most proper and efficient place. The IOS team provided you with 16 hours of complementary service(seven hours on 4.2, eight hours on 4.3, and one hour on 4.10). Lastly you agreed that IOS was not given the opportunity to do the final deep cleaning. We completed your project in three and a half days(estimated completion time was four days). Our IOS team will always clean in any areas worked prior to the final organizing process. You and I agreed that we discussed the final clean could not be completed until the sorting and organizing was complete. We are very grateful for the opportunity to have served you and your family. The team did such a wonderful job organizing my garage, shed and closets. They worked quickly and I was overjoyed by the results. For years, I have struggled with cleaning out our garage and getting rid of stuff. When you make the decision to hire Ideal Organizing Solutions, they really make things happen.
