- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is on a flat rate basis. At any time we can show you in our book exactly what the cost is that you will incur.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We try to get a customer back to the comfort level they are accustomed to as soon as possible. We realize the reason they need service is because something that they rely on is no longer working as design and we make it our obligation to restore it.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Whether it HVAC or Plumbing it takes a sophisticated level of expertise to restore it to its original purpose. That is why we have a consistent learning process in place.
