Chris is so particular about doing it right, that I did not need to go behind him. Even if he hires somebody, he makes sure the job is done right. He is very good about communicating if he is running late or having to reschedule because of weather. He is very honest. I misread the final bill, and accidentally paid him too much, and he would not accept my payment. He even saw the need for other work that needed done, and threw it in for free or at cost. I would hire him again in a heartbeat.

I cannot say enough good things! The first initial contact was painless and quick. The quote was very fair. The time he took to complete the job was stellar! The job he did is perfection. He even offered to pressure wash the house because he saw it needed it. I appreciated his looking at the property and seeing what needed to get done and how to make it better, not to nickel and dime, but because he honestly thought it would be better for us, kids, wear and tear, pets etc. We are renting our home out and live a few hours away- this was absolutely invaluable. Would hire him again in a minute and give his name out wholeheartedly! Thank you so much!!!!!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All flat surfaces: we go by square ft for washing and sealing (decks,driveways,sidewalks,etc.) On soft house washes:we go with a single story, two story, etc. pricing system.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to walk the project out and understand the exact needs of the customer. I also start by sending photos of previous jobs, providing color samples, and always giving a free on site estimate.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I actually never had any training, except for a lot of trial and a little error. I did do a deck cleaning training video for HQ in the early mid 90s. (VHS)
