- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For property management- The price is listed on our website and is a flat rate regardless of the rental price. Abrams Realty offers a price match guarantee to our clients! We are confident in services and our pricing and will match the price of our local competitor should you find a lower rate. Ask us for details! **We are aware many of our competitors are offering gimmicky pricing and add ons. Let us explain how we beat that without the extra cost!** Home Buyers- Our service is at no cost to our clients. Our fee is covered by the seller of the home our buyer purchases. Home sellers- Price is negotiable. ASK ABOUT OUR MILITARY DISCOUNTS!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For property management- We have No JUNK fees, start-up, inspection fees, admin fees, advertising fees, or maintenance coordination fees. We advertise on the local Multiple Listing Service (MLS), AHRN, Military.com, Craigs List, Zillow, Hotpads, Trulia, and many others including social media! Over 900 websites as well as directly to our Military and NATO. We are able to rent and sell properties very quickly. While we make recommendations, our owners choose the price they want to charge for the rental per month! We rent and sell our properties usually within 14 days, however, our goal is 7 days. Our reviews are proof! We excel in comprehensive financial management and maximizing the full utilization of your property's potential. Our tenants are required to complete a thorough application including a credit check, criminal background, eviction history, rental history, and employment verification. Our owners are involved with our tenant selection. We offer excellent customer service and personal attention to detail. We are locally owned and operated, highly experienced & dedicated to client satisfaction. Property management services include monthly financial accounting, quality property maintenance, cost control, inspection services, problem evaluation, vacancy leasing, advertisement, marketing of property vacancies, property showings, application, tenant screening, eviction, and small claims management.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our entire staff is licensed as well as completes several hours of continuing education each year. We also attend local and national training and seminars. It is important to point out that our property management staff is completely separate from our sales staff, therefore our property managers are full-time property managers with office hours. Our sales agents are full time and all are experienced and fully licensed. They have the full support and backing of our marketing department, broker legal compliance and stable of agents with buyers currently shopping.
