I truly appreciate the fast response from the propertymanager, Angel . Angel has been wonderful with making sure any maintenance request I’ve had , was dealt with swiftly . Atlantic Coast Reality Corp is an awesome company with amazing staff. I never had to visit or inquire about my property at Lineberry Road. Owner RJ is amazing and thorough professional in handling my property and it's policies have always been both tenant and owner friendly. Strongly recommended for peaceful business relationship.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Make sure and always ask what competitors are charging as a sign on fee. You will be shocked to hear many tell you up to a full months rent upfront. We charge no such thing. Plus, we offer an introductory 8% first year management fee.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We can either come to you or do a full presentation via zoom meeting online. Our chief goal in providing industry leading world class service is to Work hard to preserve your property while being judicious in tenant screening and aggressive vacancy marketing.
