I am in the preliminary stages of renting out my home for the first time. As a novice to the rental property game, I was apprehensive and very unsure about how to market the property, find tenants, set a fair price, and just about everything else that comes along with such a venture. I am so glad to have found Jeff Babb. He is a no nonsense go getter that respects the homeowners property and wants nothing but the best for both the property owners and their tenants. Jeff responded very quickly and had a nice personal manner about him. He hit the ground running, but always made all intentions clear and was open for questions and clarification. I look forward to my continued relationship with Babb PropertyManagement.

When I decided to put my house up for rent, I went through the bidding site, Thumbtack, to get a couple hits from local propertymanagement companies in my area. I got a couple messages and eventually narrowed it down to 3 companies. One never replied after I tried to setup an appointment to have them inspect the property (they eventually replied again several months later, but that was well past too late). Another was a nationwide company you've probably heard of, and getting a quote and out to do an inspection went fine. But, it felt very impersonal.Which brings us to the Babbs. They were, and have been, as responsive as to be hoped for. When they came out to the property, they were very friendly and answered all the questions I had. After I decided to go with them, they had a family ready to move-in within about a month--which was sooner than I was ready for myself. Since then, things have been relatively smooth. Any issues with the house got to me quickly and were handled promptly once I gave the okay. Around the 6 month mark, they visited the property, took photos of the inside and out, and sent them to me as an update on how the house was doing. I've been very pleased with Babb Real Estate and would recommend them to anyone looking for a propertymanager.

After dealing with a terrible PropertyManagement Company that mismanaged my properties. I started to research for a new property manager by checking out tons of reviews and how well they listed there current properties online. Jeff ended up at the top of my list so i gave him a call and after a few minutes of interviewing him I can tell that he was knowledgeable and capable enough to handling my properties. Jeff did a walk through of my properties and notified me of numerous problems that my last Property manager neglected to tell me, or flat out lied to me about. Jeff had pictures to help show me and explain each problem since I'm not available to go see in person. I work out of the country most of the year and work 7 days a week. I should not have to pay someone to propertymanage my properties and then babysit the propertymanager, what is the point. With Jeff as my propertymanager I don't have to stress over my properties any more and can focus on work and making money. I can not expand if I can't get what i currently have to running smoothly. Now when I decide to expand my rental properties I know Jeff and his team are more than capable of finding me what I'm looking for. You can't win this game without a good team!

Our experience with the Babbs has been exceptional, beginning with our first meeting. Maria, as Premier Client Advocate, took the time to truly to listen to what our needs and desires were for our new home, and they came to our first appointment prepared with properties to show us that matched our criteria to a tee. Her eye for detail and Jeffs comprehensive knowledge of the real estate market left us no doubt that we were in good hands with this pair, especially in our areas competitive market.Our search turned out to be a short one due to the tireless determination of Jeff and Marie to find the right home for us, and the personal sacrifices they both made on our behalf to ensure that we did not miss out on the opportunity to purchase our dream home. We began our search on August 15th, and on August 18th we wrote a contract and closed one month later! We have now been living our dream for 3 joyous weeks! What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Prices are never more than 10% of the rental price. We generally charge a flat fee. We never want a homeowner to lose money on a transaction - if there is a specific circumstance please let us know and we will do our best to serve YOU!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We offer a premier, boutique style service - a one-stop shop for all of your property's needs. We don't only get to know your home, we get to know the tenants who live there. But it all starts with a conversation to get a feel for one another. If it feels like a good fit for us, and a good fit for you - we will move forward with our easy set-up process. You will not be disappointed with the attention you and your property will receive from our hard working team. First we send highly skilled photographers out with a team member to photograph the property while we do an initial condition walk through. Immediately after your property will be marketed on over 50 sites. Communication is key - and we maintain an open line throughout the entire process. Truly as easy as 1-2-3... and we lead the way, always working with your best interest at the forefront.
