What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
- 10% of gross monthly rent
- A one-time leasing fee of $1,200 when we have to place tenants and turn the property. Professional photos included. Professional cleaning up to $400 included.
We don’t charge when the home is vacant. No renwal fee when tenants renew their lease. No upcharge on maintenance. No consultation fees. No additional hidden fees.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We love to do a phone call to ensure we will be a good fit to meet your property management needs! Following that, we begin assisting with any necessary maintenance and repairs, professional photos, and getting your home listed for rent.
