- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Not complicated at all. Clients may choose a flat rate or hourly. This is usually discussed during a walk through or day of cleaning.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
A few years ago when all natural products came out I began getting requests for them. I now offer them as an alternative cleaner. Clean is clean. As for education, when I was younger I didn't have to pay 700 dollars to be a certified mop pusher. I keep up with the newer machines and such as much as I can. My clients are very happy.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I began with my Aunt in 1998. Just helping her out. A few years later she retired and I took over. Trust me, hard work never meant so much to me before.
